Modular extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Online)

Overview

CRYP - Business Central Toolbox is a modular extension for Business Central, designed to simplify and automate electronic signature management and transporter management for sales shipments, while offering advanced license control.

Main modules

1. E-Sign (Electronic Signature)

Integration with AdobeSign, Docage, DropboxSign, DocuSign (coming soon).
Send, track, follow up, and download signed documents directly from Business Central.
Requires an account with the signature provider (not included).

2. E-Shipping (Electronic shipping)

Native connectors with GLS, DSV, Fedex, and DHL (coming soon).
Generate and track information for carriers, manage shipping labels.
Requires a transporter account and transporter API activation (not included).

3. Absence management

Paid leave requests
RTT requests
Special leave requests (death, marriage, birth, etc.)
Seniority management
Approval of requests
Management of counters by user (employee)
Feeding the Business Central absence table
Dashboard for employees
Dashboard for employees adapted for smartphones or tablets

4. Licenses management

Activation by key or trial version.
Multi-option management (modules can be activated separately).
License status and options visible in Business Central.
